Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been a great experience so far. I’ve had to get my refrigerator replaced and that happened the very next day. However, when I was initially shown the apartment there were few things that were wrong I.e. the main window blind isn’t connected properly and some bulbs don’t work. After initially promise that they would get replaced, it never happened.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community and surrounding areas are extremely nice. The maintenance is great Every time we have put in a work order, they show up promptly. However, the staff in the office are rude and do not try to accommodate in any way.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been here for about a year when it was the lofts. It was never a true luxary experience. However it was at least stable and humane. Pleasant staff and habitat. Since the Arrive acquisition it has been rough at best. Here's to hoping it gets better

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience has been overall very positive. The location is great and the amenities are very nice. At times there have been inconsiderate neighbors making loud noises late into the night. The staff in the leasing office have been very helpful. The coffee machine in the leasing office often breaks though, which is frustrating.
